1.2. Acceptor — an individual or legal entity using the platform’s tools for work under the terms of this agreement.
1.3. Platform — software and related tools, available on the Offeror’s website, designed for traffic arbitrage and working with clients.
1.4. Clients — third parties with whom the Acceptor interacts through the Platform to perform their professional activities.
1.5. Offeror’s Services — providing access to the Platform, consulting support, and auxiliary materials.
2.1. The Offeror provides the Acceptor with free access to the Platform and its related tools.
2.2. The Acceptor uses the provided tools to interact with clients and perform their professional tasks.
2.3. The Offeror does not participate in financial settlements between the Acceptor and Clients and is not responsible for fulfilling obligations to them.
3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
3.1. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of this offer.
3.2. Acceptance is carried out by:
• Registering on the Offeror’s platform;
• Using the Platform’s tools for work.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Offeror undertakes to:
• Provide the Acceptor with access to the Platform’s functionality;
• Provide consulting support on issues of Platform use;
• Inform the Acceptor about changes in the Platform’s functionality.
4.2. The Offeror has the right to:
• Restrict or block the Acceptor’s access to the Platform in case of violation of the terms of this agreement;
• Make changes to the Platform’s functionality and terms of use with notification to the Acceptor.
4.3. The Acceptor undertakes to:
• Use the Platform exclusively in accordance with its purpose and the terms of this agreement;
• Provide accurate data during registration and use of the Platform;
• Comply with legislation and not use the Platform for illegal activities.
5.1. The Offeror is not responsible for:
• Financial relationships between the Acceptor and Clients;
• Violations committed by the Acceptor when using the Platform;
• Any losses incurred by the Acceptor as a result of using the Platform.
5.2. The Acceptor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and compliance with legislation when interacting with Clients.
6.1. The Acceptor consents to the processing of their personal data upon registration on the Platform.
6.2. The Offeror undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with legislation.
7. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
7.1. The Offeror has the right to amend the terms of the offer and the Platform’s functionality. The new version comes into effect upon publication on the website.
7.2. The Acceptor has the right to stop using the Platform at any time without additional notification to the Offeror.
8.1. This agreement is governed by generally accepted principles of civil law.
8.2. Disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible, through judicial proceedings in accordance with current legislation.
