1. Introduction
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HUNT ME FZ-LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered office in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). By accessing huntme.partners, you acknowledge agreement to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Affiliate: A registered User who promotes Company offers and earns commissions
- Affiliate Program: The performance-based marketing program operated through the Platform
- Commission: Monetary compensation for achieving agreed-upon performance targets
- Offer: An advertising campaign or promotion available through the Platform
- Personal Data: Information protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity to enter agreements, provide accurate registration information, and not be prohibited under applicable laws.
4. Account Registration
Users must complete registration truthfully. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. The Company may reject applications or terminate accounts at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
5. Affiliate Program Terms
Commission rates and payment models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid) are specified on the Platform. Commissions are paid weekly in USDT or agreed methods. Minimum payout thresholds are published on the Platform.
Traffic must come from legitimate sources only. Prohibited activities include fraudulent traffic, bots, automated scripts, click farms, incentivized traffic without approval, spam, and traffic violating applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and materials belong to the Company. Affiliates receive limited, non-exclusive licenses to use marketing materials solely for promoting Offers. Affiliates cannot modify or misuse Company intellectual property.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not use the Platform unlawfully, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, transmit malware, violate laws or third-party rights, or damage Company reputation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability does not exceed commissions paid during the preceding 12-month period. The Platform is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims arising from Platform use, Terms violations, or third-party rights infringement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. The Company may terminate immediately for breaches. Outstanding verified commissions are paid per schedule; disputed commissions may be withheld.
11. Modifications
The Company reserves modification rights. Updated Terms posted with effective dates constitute acceptance upon continued use.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Terms are governed by UAE law and Ras Al Khaimah law. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first. Unresolved disputes are referred to RAK Courts or RAKEZ Arbitration Centre.
13. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms provisions.
